WHAT I DID
I helped with the research on the target market and the different touch points needed to reach them. Together we produced and presented a Journey Map that showed how to best attack common problems that they faced and how to create long-lasting solutions. I also made the final presentation to the client, which contained all the strategy and insights that we found, along with the final execution of the Journey Map.
